During this time of stress it's good to have a support system. The 6 of Sticks reminds us that if we need help all we have to do is ask. There is a community around each of us that is there to support you. All you have to do is reach for it. Learning to receive and get past our own pride is difficult at times. We are not meant to do everything alone. If someone is reaching out for help, support them in the best way you can. We can only receive as much as we give. You might be someone's saving grace.
